At Ventura Legacy, every product is carefully inspected before shipping. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we strive to provide premium-quality apparel.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unworn and unused.
- Original tags must still be attached.
- Product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Customized or limited-edition products
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong product.
