SHIPPING
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–12 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country.
ORDER TRACKING
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
CARE GUIDE
HOW SHOULD I WASH MY GARMENT?
To preserve the quality of your garment:
- Wash inside out
- Machine wash cold (30°C / 86°F)
- Use a gentle cycle
- Do not bleach
- Tumble dry on low heat
- Iron inside out on low heat
- Do not iron directly on printed graphics
- Do not dry clean unless specified
Proper care will help maintain the fabric, print quality, and overall lifespan of the garment.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Due to the limited nature of our collections, all sales are considered final.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review your request and work toward an appropriate solution.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
Once an order has been shipped, ownership transfers to the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Ventura Legacy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
CANCELLATIONS
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders may only be cancelled before they enter production or fulfillment.
Once processing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
